How To Work Out Your Property Management Fees
Step 1. Use the search function to find your region.
If your region is not showing, that means we do not currently have a property manager in that area and are currently looking for someone. Find out more on our "Franchise Opportunities" page.
Step 2. Enter the weekly rent you charge for your property. This will populate the calculator across all three cost options (It will be the same figure).
Step 3. Enter how many days your property was vacant over the last 12 months.
Step 4. Is your property currently managed by another manager? If so, enter the % management fee (You will find it on your current contract with them).
Step 5. Enter any annual investment you pay directly to suppliers, or to a property management company for advertising and marketing of your property. Eg Letting fees, Trademe, site checks, photos etc.
Step 6. Does you current rental management company charge annual inspection fees? If so, enter the annual figure into the calculator. All done!
