Letting Fees Have Been Banned!
With the Government banning all letting fees, some other Property Managers are now immorally charging owners for these lost fees!
Pukeko Rental Managers have never charged letting fees to our tenants, so we will not need to charge the owner following this ban. We also do not charge extra for our quarterly inspections or organizing maintenance. Pukeko Rentals prides ourselves on providing the best property management in the country.
