No Letting Fees for owners or tenants. We have found from experience that some of the best tenants have an aversion to paying letting fees, so removing this barrier helps us attract the right tenant. We then use our proven 10-step method to fine tune our selection before conducting a comprehensive screening process.
Free Inspections. We provide 4+ inspections annually at no extra cost to Landlords. This ensures that the property is well respected and maintained reducing unnecessary time rectifying damages or chasing contractors.

Our Promises. PROMISE #1:If a property is vacant after 21 days, we'll cover the rent from the 22nd day onwards! PROMISE #2:All rents must be paid! We are so confident that our rent arrears will be so minimal that we promise to reimburse* Clients all the rent arrears greater than three weeks. Who else does that?
Rent payments are checked daily. We have zero tolerance for people who do not pay their rent on time. Pukeko Rental Managers are tough when it comes to collecting rent by preempting any missed payments quickly promptly saving valuable time and loses.
Experts on the tenancy laws. Pukeko Rental Managers are well versed with the NZ Residential Tenancies Act 1986, the Residential Tenancies Act amendment 2010, and the Tenancy Tribunal procedures. We’ve never lost a tribunal case!
We want to focus well on each property. Setting the number of properties for each manager is the only successful way to achieve this without burnout.
