A welcome from our rental property managers

When you move in we like to make sure you feel welcomed and looked after. So we’ll provide you with:

  • A welcome pack with everything you need to know - from emergency contact details to when is the rubbish collection day, your responsibilities to the security code.
  • A detailed initial inspection report so that you are fully aware of the condition of the property that you are taking over.
  • An inspection after one month to ensure that you are settling in well and the property is up to your expected standard.

It’s important to protect yourself with insurance as the landlord’s rental property insurance won’t be able to protect your belongings, for which you need contents insurance.

Also under the Residential Tenancies Act, tenants are liable for any damage they (or their guests) cause. Therefore we strongly recommended that you have yourself covered and get a personal liability policy to protect you from any careless damage that you or your invited guests may cause to the rental property.

We do repairs

We’re very selective with who we rent out to, but once you’ve been selected, we care for you. Your home should feel like your castle (even if it’s a rented castle), which is why we make sure repairs are carried out promptly by reliable trades professionals.

No letting fee

Other property managers are frequently happy to take the first tenants that come their way. Not us. We only take the tenants that we want, and because of this, we don’t charge letting fees. ( This does not apply to tenants on a casual letting basis)

24/7 online access

We know that occasionally you’ll like to check the rent and charges you pay. So we’ve made it easy and you’re able check everything out online. As part of your welcome pack, we’ll give you a secure login so that you can conveniently check and print out the rent charges, payments and more.
